About You You are proactive, reliable, and enjoy helping people solve problems. You are highly organized, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical teams. You enjoy being hands-on, can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks to help keep the office and systems running smoothly. The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Develop data models to extract/classify/summarize metadata from unstructured documents to forecast market dynamics & support data-driven strategy. Design interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs/trends/progress & interpret key patterns to support data-driven decisions for stakeholders. Conduct data analysis on large datasets & apply segmentation/clustering/regression/EDA to support client management/market intelligence/pricing strategies. Collaborate with business/product/finance/engineering teams to translate business challenges into data projects (e.g., churn prediction, sales funnel analysis) & provide growth/retention recommendations to leadership. Requirements Master of Science in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field Minimum 1-year work experience in large-scale data processing/quality management/predictive modeling & working with cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, AWS)/Agile environments using project management tools like Jira/Confluence Expertise in designing interactive dashboards with Tableau Familiar with Scikit-learn/XGBoost/LightGBM/NLP Proficient in Python, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL) & ETL tools (Apache Airflow)
