If you're energized by a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><ul><li>Be part of a trusted, established company</li><li>Enjoy a supportive, team-oriented work culture</li><li>Take pride in helping businesses stay fueled and focused</li></ul><p>Bring your drive, reliability, and commitment to excellence—<strong>and let’s brew success together!</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing – The Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Processes incoming calls and emails, including customer orders submitted by telephone, email, and fax.&nbsp;</li><li>Relays all customers concerns and requests related to products, services, and equipment to the appropriate Daiohs team members, in a timely fashion.&nbsp;</li><li>Generates daily manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians using the Company’s specialized computer software.&nbsp;</li><li>Checks in with Route Drivers at the end of the workday and reconciles all customer funds received during deliveries.&nbsp;</li><li>Dispatches Service Technicians to respond to repair calls and coordinates service installations.&nbsp;</li><li>Makes regular calls to accounts with outstanding balances and assists in maintaining accounts receivable over 60 days and attrition at five percent or less.</li><li>Processes and applies payments to customer accounts</li><li>Communicates sales leads to appropriate branch personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides backup support with daily sales reports, bank accounts, and month-end processes in supervisor’s absence.&nbsp;</li><li>Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts, and files documents.</li><li>Develops and demonstrates thorough knowledge of the Company’s products, services, and pricing structure.&nbsp;</li><li>Solicits sales from customers during promotions.</li></ul><p><strong>What’s in it for me? – The Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Starting hourly rate of $19.00 and $21.00</li><li>401(k) and company matching</li><li>Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Flexible Spending Account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid vacation and sick time</li><li>9 paid holidays</li></ul>",
