      "value": "<ul><li>You hold an outstanding degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).</li><li>You bring 7+ years of relevant professional experience in technology due diligence, IT consulting, digital strategy, or technology M&A advisory.</li><li>You have proven experience working with private equity firms, investors, or companies in transaction-related environments.</li><li>You demonstrate deep expertise in modern IT architectures, cloud environments, software development processes, and AI technologies.</li><li>You have experience assessing IT service providers, technology vendors, and outsourced service models from both technical and commercial perspectives.</li><li>You are familiar with ERP, CRM, and data platform landscapes and understand requirements around system integration, scalability, and IT operating models.</li><li>You combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate technical findings into investment-relevant conclusions and strategic recommendations.</li><li>You stand out through strong communication and presentation skills and engage confidently with C-level executives, investment professionals, and technical stakeholders.</li><li>You possess very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with architecture modeling tools, data-flow mapping, or code assessments is a plus.</li><li>You work in a structured, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented manner and bring a strong passion for technology, AI, and value creation in transaction environments.</li><li>You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.</li></ul>"
