          "text": "<p>As a Sales Team Member, you will manage customer inquiries, prepare accurate and timely quotes, coordinate purchase orders, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for delivering solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing business margin and ensuring strict adherence to company processes.</p><p><strong>Additional duties will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Interpret complex information including engineering packages to determine customer requirements and offer solutions that create high levels of customer satisfaction</li><li>Create accurate and professional quotations packages from customer specifications/drawings using applicable software</li><li>Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with both vendors and customers; expedite orders when required</li><li>Prepare accurate quotes based on tender documents and project specifications.</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers regarding quote timelines, missing information, and clarifications.</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure orders are filled properly and promptly</li><li>Investigate customer and vendor problems; resolve any pricing shortfalls and material returns in a timely manner</li><li>Manage drawing requests, updates, and revisions in coordination with PM and drafting team.</li><li>Track changes via Change Orders</li><li>Provide complete handover packages to Production, including drawings, quotes, vendor details, Project Overview Form, and transmittal letters as required.</li><li>Support the Profit Centre team as an expert in the specifics around projects and product information</li><li>Communicate to the Profit Centre Manager and Credit Department any changes in a customer’s business that might cause a credit risk</li><li>Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Centre Manager</li></ul>",
