About the Role We're hiring a Growth Marketer to help scale Conversion's go-to-market from the ground up. You'll own and build out our demand generation motion: running experiments across channels, creating campaigns, and handling events with customers and leads. You'll be a key early GTM hire and will define our growth playbook, channel strategy, and campaign execution from day one. This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.
