    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;The Client Account Manager I work cooperatively with other members of the team to<br>  grow existing customers, create new customers and increase customer<br>  satisfaction and revenues. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to<br>  enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential<br>  functions.<br> <br><br>    Essential Functions Statement(s) <br><br>    •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Meets or exceeds assigned revenue objectives for a broad array of telecommunications/IT<br>  products and services by assisting in the development and execution of<br>  strategic sales plans to business customers.<br><br>    •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partners and collaborates with all cross-functional teams required to<br>  execute market plans; assuring all related activities are coordinated and<br>  mutually supportive to achieve local revenue goals.<br><br>    •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supports the group with any potential information reports.<br><br>    •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists where feasible with handling of day-to-day issues, account<br>  research, event coordination, contract processes.<br><br>    •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with internal<br>  employees. Takes initiative to improve processes that will enhance customer<br>  satisfaction and/or increase company profitably.<br><br>    •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manages projects from concept to implementation. Effectively identifies and communicates<br>  scope and objectives of project(s).<br><br>    •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work closely with all Alaska Communications internal work groups to<br>  obtain required signatures from each work group for each project.<br><br>    •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Consistently updates detailed customer profiles, sales activities and<br>  contact information. <br><br>    •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performs other duties as assigned and completes projects not specified in<br>  this job description.<br><br>    Education: Associate degree in business administration, marketing or<br>  closely related field. Equivalent<br>  education, experience and training may be substituted for the degree<br>  requirement on a year for year basis. <br> <br>  Experience: A minimum of one (1)<br>  year of experience in a customer service or sales environment to include<br>  selling products/services to business customers. Equivalent education and<br>  training may be substituted for experience on a year to year basis.<br> <br><br>    Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency working with the Microsoft Office<br>  suite, to include Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook.
