With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role description:</strong></p>\n<p>Pursuit Coordinators manage proposal development by collaborating with leads, technical staff, and marketing teams, overseeing editorial content, scheduling submissions, and ensuring deadlines are met. They also facilitate strategy sessions and maintain CRM and content libraries aligned with corporate branding.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinating proposals and working with the proposal leads, professional technical staff, and marketing/graphics team to prepare proposals which include collecting, analyzing, and producing editorial oversight for business related information, writing and editing proposal documents;</li>\n <li>Acting as the primary point of contact during the proposal process, creating a submission schedule for the proposal team regarding communications and reminders on internal proposal deliverables and deadlines;</li>\n <li>Contributing to the generation, collection, dissemination, and storage of proposal-related information, and analyzing in-bound proposal requests (such as RFQ, RFP, EOI, etc.) to help prepare responses;</li>\n <li>Coordinating team members and implementing internal deadlines to complete proposal forms, resume alterations, additional information from subcontractors, etc. to meet the proposal due date;</li>\n <li>Facilitating and participating in marketing/proposal strategy sessions and debriefs;</li>\n <li>Maintaining and updating CRM and content library with high quality content;</li>\n <li>Ensuring high professionalism and quality is communicated through content, layout, and the use of visuals that is consistent with the corporate brand and vision;</li>\n <li>Assisting and supporting the Regional Commercial Enablement Manager in marketing functions as needed including maintaining a variety of tracking documents, writing project descriptions, office communications, and supporting speaking engagements, award submissions, and presentations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating proposals or similar deliverables in a professional services, design, engineering, or architecture environment</li>\n <li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated writing, editing, and grammar skills for business documents, proposals, and presentations</li>\n <li>Experience managing and maintaining CRM systems and content libraries</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or management consulting firms</li>\n <li>Familiarity with collaborative online platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Mural, Salesforce, or similar systems)</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in graphic design, layout, and visual communication tools</li>\n <li>Understanding of best practices in proposal development and commercial enablement</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
