East West Bank gives people the confidence to reach further.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are currently seeking a Centralized Processing Spec I</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an East West Bank employee, you will be part of a growing and stable organization that provides career path development opportunities while serving a growing and profitable market.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing accounting and/or GL reconcilement tasks</li>\n <li>Process Return Items, Non-Post Transactions, and ATM Balancing</li>\n <li>Handle customer’s inquiries clearly via phone and email</li>\n <li>Operate with little or no supervision and exercise independent judgment in completing assignments</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Banking Back Office Operations experience within a banking institution required</li>\n <li>FIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year of back office operations banking experience </li>\n <li>Collaboration/People skills</li>\n <li>Integrity/Dutifulness</li>\n <li>Available to work overtime as needed</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with strong organizational skills </li>\n <li>Adhere to policy and procedures and attendance requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation</h2>The base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr. - USD $25.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.",
