This role ensures all orders are properly presented, set up according to service standards, and billed correctly.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position requires strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium service standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Specifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Onsite:</strong> Black Desert Resort<strong>Shift & Schedule Availability:</strong> Year-Round / Full-Time<strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $8.00/hour plus portion of service charge and tips. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Guest-Focused Role</strong>: Deliver personalized dining experiences directly to guests.</li>\n <li><strong>Independent Work</strong>: Operate with autonomy while supporting a high-performing team.</li>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive Benefits</strong>: Health insurance, 401K with company match, employee dining room, paid time off, exclusive resort discounts, and complimentary employee hotel stay program.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities including but not limited to</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately.</li>\n <li>Set up in-room dining trays, tables, and service equipment according to resort standards.</li>\n <li>Provide a professional and courteous introduction when entering guest rooms.</li>\n <li>Review orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness and presentation of trays, carts, and service equipment.</li>\n <li>Retrieve trays and service items from guest rooms in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Process guest checks, ensuring accurate billing and posting to room folios.</li>\n <li>Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with the kitchen and IRD team to ensure proper timing of orders.</li>\n <li>Assist with order taking, answering phones, and entering orders into the POS system as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of IRD service areas and storage spaces.</li>\n <li>Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.</li>\n <li>Handle guest requests, special accommodations, and service recovery professionally.</li>\n <li>Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium hospitality standards.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in room service or fine dining.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and guest service skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of POS systems and order entry preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and presentation.</li>\n <li>Ability to carry trays and navigate guest floors efficiently.</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#blackdesertresort</p>",
