You set the tone for the entire experience, greeting all of our friends and family in a warm and welcoming way. You help usher guests to their tables, manage the flow of seating, field inquiries, and greet people on the way out, just as nicely as on the way in. We’re always looking for the most friendly, hospitable people to join the team.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Displays and maintains a cheerful and courteous temperament, as well as displays a neat and clean professional image</li>\n <li>Greets guests with Flanigan’s \"Smile Talk\"</li>\n <li>Engages guests in Flanigan’s \"Smile Talk\" while escorting them to table in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Efficiently manages the Wait List for seating</li>\n <li>Communicates guest’s questions or concerns to Manager on duty</li>\n <li>Keeps foyer, host/hostess station, wait area clean and free of debris, restocks and cleans menus</li>\n <li>Restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guest</li>\n <li>Answers telephone within 4 rings, and answers guests’ questions, and/or directs guests to proper staff member </li>\n <li>Conclude guests’ visit with Flanigan’s \"Smile Talk\"</li>\n <li>Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework</li>\n</ul>\n<p>                </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Can reach, bend, stoop frequently</li>\n <li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Ability to speak, read and write English</li>\n <li>Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes</li>\n <li>Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Five (5) Day Work Week</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation: One Week after Year One, Two Weeks after Two Years, and Three Weeks after Ten Years </li>\n <li>Health Insurance – Medical & Dental Programs Available </li>\n <li>401K Plan – Immediate Eligibility.
