This role applies qualitative and quantitative analysis to complex strategic, operational, and management challenges in support of Fleet readiness, capability development, and operational effectiveness.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities include conducting doctrine research, development, and analysis; applying Operations Research/Systems Analysis (ORSA) methods such as statistical analysis, decision theory, mathematical programming, and probabilistic modeling; and supporting studies of concepts, system designs, and emerging technologies.
