This role is well-suited for a current college student pursuing Marketing, Library Science, Communications, or a related field, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional, corporate environment.<br>\nThe intern will support both marketing research initiatives and internal data management efforts, with a strong emphasis on maintaining accurate, well-structured databases and improving access to project information.<br>\n<strong>POSITION DETAILS</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Compensation:</strong> $20.00/hour</li><li><strong>Duration: </strong>Approximately 2 months</li><li><strong>Primary Focus:</strong> Data integrity, marketing research, and internal knowledge management</li></ul><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Data &amp; Database Management</strong><ul><li>Maintain, update, and verify internal databases to ensure accuracy and consistency</li><li>Organize and standardize records for improved usability and long-term accessibility</li></ul></li><li><strong>Marketing Research Support</strong><ul><li>Conduct targeted research on clients, projects, and market trends</li><li>Compile and synthesize information to support business development efforts</li></ul></li><li><strong>Administrative &amp; Operational Support</strong><ul><li>Provide general administrative assistance to support ongoing projects</li><li>Help ensure tasks stay on track and deadlines are met</li></ul></li><li><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Digital Tools</strong><ul><li>Assist in developing and organizing template libraries</li><li>Support process improvements, including exploration of AI tools to streamline workflows</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>SPECIFIC TASKS MAY INCLUDE</strong></p><ul><li>Populating and maintaining CRM spreadsheets for business development tracking</li><li>Researching and consolidating project data (e.g., construction dates, costs, images, and key details)</li><li>Supporting the development and organization of a centralized templates database</li><li>Assisting with the creation of AI-driven tools or agents to improve efficiency</li><li>Aiding in project archiving and records management processes</li></ul>",
