Video records questionable activities and makes written reports to appropriate personnel.</li>\n <li>Monitors alarm system.</li>\n <li>Reviews video to settle patron disputes, locate illegal activity, participate in investigations, or assist other departments.</li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality of all property related issues.</li>\n <li>Operates monitor room equipment, including basic computer functions.</li>\n <li>Participates in court actions relating to gaming violations.</li>\n <li>Responds to surveillance supervision, management, and regulatory requests.  Responds to requests of all other departments when applicable and necessary.</li>\n <li>Prepares and writes daily reports and logs.</li>\n <li>Audits procedures performed by other employees including count rooms, slots, food and beverage, cage, and security.  Documents findings from these observations.</li>\n <li>Ensures all surveillance equipment is working correctly throughout their shift.</li>\n <li>Conducts routine surveillance video recording and complete documentation to detect suspicious activities and behavior throughout casino and gaming areas.</li>\n <li>Monitors property and casino operations to ensure adherence to the state regulations and company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Performs other tasks as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>JOB SPECIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years or older.</li>\n <li>High school diploma/ GED or equivalent experience required.</li>\n <li>One (1) year of experience in casino gaming preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform basic math, English composition skills, and computer functions.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; and surveillance software.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of all table games preferred.</li>\n <li>Manual dexterity to operate surveillance equipment including computers and peripheral equipment, camera keyboards and joysticks to operate cameras.<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>CORE COMPETENCIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaboration Skills</li>\n <li>Communication Proficiency</li>\n <li>Problem Solving</li>\n <li>Ethical Conduct</li>\n <li>Stress Management/Composure</li>\n <li>Casino math such as payouts and odds.</li>\n <li>Ability to sit or stand for long periods.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: </strong></p>\n<p>Travel is not required for this position</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK HOURS</strong>: </p>\n<p>Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong>:</p>\n<p>Is this position responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority?
