  "BriefDescription": "In coordination with the TCOM CONUS Program Management Office (PMO), will support the OCONUS Program Manager (PM) in all OCONUS phases of TCOM’s operations in Saudi Arabia.  The OCONUS Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will reside in Saudi Arabia.   Phases will include, but not be limited to, supporting the OCONUS PM in the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with TCOM-established policies, regional policies, and local laws, and management of OCONUS and local staff, building of relationships with the End User, oversight of in-country partners/subcontractors to ensure the execution of TCOM’s projects in accordance with established timelines, budget tracking, and quality control metrics, as well as the reporting of project status to the TCOM OCONUS PM.",
