You will be responsible for handling service requests for residents and making improvements to vacant apartments to prepare them for market-ready status. You will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner at all times including providing excellent customer service and responding to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Resident Champion:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Respond promptly and courteously to service requests,&nbsp;ensuring resident satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain a clean and well-maintained community environment.</li><li>Improve vacant apartments,&nbsp;making them market-ready and welcoming for new residents.</li></ul></li><li>Multi-Talented Craftsman:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Perform diverse maintenance tasks,&nbsp;including plumbing,&nbsp;electrical,&nbsp;carpentry,&nbsp;painting,&nbsp;appliance repairs,&nbsp;and more.</li><li>Identify and address potential issues to prevent larger problems.</li></ul></li><li>Professional &amp; Reliable:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Represent ARI Apartment Management with a positive and professional attitude at all times.</li><li>Communicate effectively with residents,&nbsp;colleagues,&nbsp;and vendors.</li><li>Work on-call rotations,&nbsp;responding to urgent needs after hours.</li></ul></li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; Trade school and/or military training a plus.</li><li>3+ &nbsp;years general maintenance experience (i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>CPO preferred, or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work on-call rotation, responding to after hours emergencies&nbsp;</li></ul><p>The Carroll Companies is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
