    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OVERVIEW:</span></p>\n<p>The Video Director is responsible for leading the vision, creation, and execution of all video content for Calvary and its campuses. This role ensures high-quality, compelling, and mission-aligned video storytelling across weekend services, broadcast, events, social media, and internal communication needs. The Video Director will also assist in overseeing live broadcast during services and events at Calvary and it’s campuses.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<p><em>Video Content Creation &amp; Storytelling</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, produce, shoot, and edit all video content for Calvary, its campuses, and the academy.</li>\n<li>Develop videos for services, events, announcements, testimonies, promotions, and campaigns.</li>\n<li>Shoot, edit, and post the weekly MyChurch/My House Podcast.</li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with Calvary’s mission, values, and brand standards.</li>\n<li>Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals.</li>\n<li>Maintain consistent visual quality and storytelling style.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Sunday Services &amp; Broadcast Oversight</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all video elements for weekend services and special events.</li>\n<li>Lead live video direction, switching, and broadcast execution.</li>\n<li>Edit and post sunday service to video and audio platforms weekly.</li>\n<li>Ensure high-quality livestream and online broadcast experiences.</li>\n<li>Partner with Worship, Creative, and Technical teams.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot live video and broadcast issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Volunteer Leadership &amp; Development</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit, train, schedule, and develop video, broadcast and capture team volunteers.</li>\n<li>Create SOPs and training resources.</li>\n<li>Identify and develop volunteer team leads.</li>\n<li>Foster a culture of excellence and servant leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Social Media &amp; Digital Content Support</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Social Media Director with video content creation.</li>\n<li>Create short-form and long-form content for digital platforms.</li>\n<li>Capture content for reels, shorts, and promotional use.</li>\n<li>Repurpose long-form content for social media.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Multi-Campus &amp; Academy Support</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support video needs across all campuses.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Calvary Christian Academy leadership.</li>\n<li>Support campus launches and special initiatives.</li>\n<li>Travel between campuses as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Planning, Equipment &amp; Collaboration</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan video needs for events and campaigns.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Technical Director on equipment usage.</li>\n<li>Assist with inventory and workflows.</li>\n<li>Research and recommend new video tools and technologies.</li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-departmentally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5+ years of video production or broadcast experience.</li>\n<li>Experience with camera operation, live switching, and editing.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with video editing software.</li>\n<li>Experience leading volunteer teams.</li>\n<li>Strong storytelling and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in live production environments.</li>\n<li>Alignment with Calvary’s mission and values.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CORE COMPETENCIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creative storytelling</li>\n<li>Live broadcast excellence</li>\n<li>Leadership and development</li>\n<li>Collaboration</li>\n<li>Attention to detail</li>\n<li>Adaptability</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PHYSICAL &amp; SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>Availability for weekends, evenings, and special events as necessary.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel between campuses.</li>\n<li>Must arrive at leas 30 minutes early prior to services.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EMPLOYEE ATTRIBUTES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Life-giving spirit and attitude.</li>\n<li>Driven to pursue excellence.</li>\n<li>Creative mindset.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate loyalty to the vision of the team and church.</li>\n<li>Servants Heart.</li>\n<li>High-capacity, multi-tasking individual who is comfortable working independently without constant supervision while also being able to work as a team player.</li>\n<li>Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Highly self-motivated.
