          "text": "<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Perform project management duties, perform, and oversee structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of projects.</li><li>Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings.</li><li>Lead a team of engineers, designers, and drafters to execute structural designs.</li><li>Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design.</li><li>Perform structural analysis and design of structural members such as beams, columns, walls, joists, and foundations.</li><li>Develop structural models that mathematically define and idealize the actual structure being designed.</li><li>Use approved codes and standards to define structural demands on buildings due to wind and seismic loadings.</li><li>Analyze and design connections of the various structural elements in a building structure.</li><li>Perform analysis needed to evaluate seismic risk in existing buildings using approved structural codes and standards.</li><li>Assist in managing BIM and production efforts.</li><li>Perform other duties as may be assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with structural computer analysis software systems.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.</li><li>Experience with the latest release of Autodesk Revit design tools.</li><li>Excellent leadership, supervisory, and writing and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain a strong team of professionals and support staff within a cooperative multidiscipline office performing at a high level of satisfaction to clients.</li><li>Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in structural engineering preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with the structural design of buildings or similar structures.</li><li>Licensed Montana Civil (PE) required.</li><li>Licensed Montana Structural Engineer (SE) preferred.</li></ul>",
