    "description": "<p>As a Mental Health Therapist (Virtual), your primary responsibility will be to provide quality mental health care to students within our partner school districts. You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible mental healthcare to students.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsabilities</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide virtual high-quality, evidence based, virtual mental health counseling, and therapeutic interventions to an assigned caseload of K-12 students.</li>\n<li>As needed, may diagnose, conduct initial mental health intake assessments, and create individual treatment plans according to student needs and circumstances.</li>\n<li>Conducts clinical screeners and ongoing assessments of student progress.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the care management team to ensure a successful transition into Healthlincs services and identify and support external transition services.</li>\n<li>Obtains credentialing and additional clinical state licenses, as requested by Healthlincs’ licensing and credentialing departments.</li>\n<li>Be an active member of our clinical team by participating in trainings, meetings, and other activities.</li>\n<li>Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to established guidelines and requirements.</li>\n<li>Maintains a minimum required weekly availability and productivity levels established by Clinical Leadership.</li>\n<li>May provide consultative telehealth crisis support for school partners or students, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Skills:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em>We are looking for individuals who want to support our mission and values. Please consider applying even if you don't fully meet 100% of these criteria. </em></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion for our Mission</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span> Current and unrestricted license to practice independently without supervision</li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children</li>\n<li>Can obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire</li>\n<li>Possess a working knowledge of diagnosis and assessment practices, treatment strategies, and interventions related to the mental health needs of children and their families. </li>\n<li>Telehealth experience preferred </li>\n<li>Strong technological skills, including the ability to learn new software and programs and complete digital documentation </li>\n<li>Communicates and works effectively with people of diverse social, economic, age, gender, and cultural backgrounds</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills, with experience using tools and resources, to effectively manage and prioritize key information and tasks</li>\n<li>Effective and proactive communicator (verbal and written) through use of multiple channels </li>\n<li>Willingness/ability to gain licensure in other states, as needed, and provide services in those states</li>\n<li>Have a private space free from other people to ensure confidentiality while providing virtual counseling</li>\n<li>Willingness/ability to go through Healthlincs' credentialing process</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bilingual a strong plus – Spanish fluency highly desired</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Moderate degree of mental/visual stress involved. Concentrated periods of time spent using PC keyboard and viewing monitor.
