As a graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will work alongside our Senior Engineers to provide support for our geotechnical and construction materials testing projects throughout the Southeast region.<br><br><strong>Be part of the dynamic culture! Join us in office, three days a week to contribute, connect and excel in our vibrant environment.</strong><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 61.8px;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Drilling oversight and field work related to soils and construction materials testing</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Visual classification of soil samples and review of laboratory testing data; assist with laboratory testing, as needed</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Preparation of geotechnical services reports, proposals and data analysis</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Project invoice review/summaries</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Occasional support to survey field crews</span><br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>What you will bring to the team:</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or related field.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">0-2 years of experience in geotechnical / materials testing experience a plus</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ability and willingness to perform field work and travel as needed; this could include some overnight travel</span></li><li><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to work both within a team and independently</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The salary range for this position is $67,500 - $70,500. &nbsp;The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
