This role supports lead-generation, brand-awareness, and customer education while scheduling in‑home consultations or HVAC services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.</li>\n <li>Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements</li>\n <li>Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in‑home consultation and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors</li>\n <li>Note:  this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills</li>\n <li>Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts</li>\n <li>Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and walk during shifts</li>\n <li>Weekend and some holiday availability</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation</li>\n <li>Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand</li>\n <li>Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings</li>\n <li>Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
