The campus minister works collaboratively with the St. Patrick Parish, university administration, student leaders, and the wider diocesan community to support the mission of Catholic campus ministry as envisioned by the&nbsp;United States Conference of Catholic Bishops on the campus of Missouri S&amp;T.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p><br></p><p><strong>1. Spiritual Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate sacramental ministry with assigned clergy.</li><li>Spiritual accompaniment to students.</li><li>Organize retreats, days of reflection, Eucharistic adoration, and other spiritual activities.</li><li>Foster vocations awareness and discernment opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Faith Formation &amp; Evangelization</strong></p><ul><li>Foster catechetical programs grounded in the teachings of the&nbsp;Catholic Church.</li><li>Assist with bible studies, OCIA preparation, small groups, and theological workshops.</li><li>Support students preparing for Confirmation and reception into full communion.</li><li>Promote missionary discipleship and outreach to inactive or non-practicing students.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Student Leadership Development</strong></p><ul><li>Recruit, train, and mentor student leaders within the registered student organization.</li><li>Equip students to integrate faith with academic and professional life.</li><li>Encourage service learning, social justice initiatives, and community service.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Community Building</strong></p><ul><li>Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for students of diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Plan social events, service projects, and fellowship opportunities.</li><li>Maintain a visible presence on campus through collaboration with university departments and student services.</li></ul><p><strong>5.
