The test includes, physical, mechanical, visual inspections on pallets, boxes, etc.</li><li>Read understand, and follow lab standard operating procedures, or Standard test Methods and /or client test methods as required by the customers</li><li>Co-ordinate work with other department team members to complete testing, reporting and report issue in a timely manner</li><li>Communicate project status details to Department Manager and timely communicate any delays with the project stakeholders</li><li>Provide support in test selection, review of lab test results and explain test results</li><li>Assist in keeping inventory of laboratory and equipment supplies necessary for the day-to-day functioning of the laboratory and in compiling a list of supplies to be ordered in timely manner</li><li>Organize tested and remnant samples from laboratory for sample archiving by logistics department</li><li>Demonstrate test procedure to auditors, clients and support account managers during client visits</li><li>Assist in ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation and calibration activities of the laboratory and perform daily, weekly, and monthly Quality Assurance/Quality Control checks on equipment</li><li>Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of the laboratory</li></ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><i>This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.&nbsp;</i></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>Minimum Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"punctuation-wrap:simple;tab-stops:list .5in;text-autospace:none;vertical-align:baseline;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of directly related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or directly related technical field.</span></li><li>Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
