The &nbsp;Recruiter oversees job posting creation, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and agency coordination. Success in this role requires strong organization, the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and a focus on delivering an efficient and consistent hiring process while maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for direct labor roles including operators, assemblers, machinists, and other plant positions.&nbsp;</li><li>Screen candidates for basic qualifications, shift availability, reliability, and cultural fit for a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive requisitions to completion by maintaining momentum throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely feedback, decision-making, and offer execution.</li><li>Manage candidate communications.
