Check out our career page for our full list of benefits</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Medical, dental & vision insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA)Company‑paid life, AD&D, short‑ and long‑term disability401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid Time Off (vacation, sick, discretionary) & paid holidays and more!Additional benefits: employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition discount program, and more!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Overview:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Project Manager</strong> is responsible for managing New Store Opening (NSO) and Remodel projects, coordinating with the Franchisee Network to schedule and execute equipment deliveries and installations in alignment with development timelines established by Inspire Brands.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role owns day-to-day project execution and serves as a primary point of contact for franchisees, field executives, architects, general contractors, and equipment vendors.</p>\n<p>The Project Manager provides direction and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scope clarity, schedule adherence, and effective issue resolution.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high service standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position reports directly to the Senior Program Manager, Restaurant Solutions.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What you will do: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include managing equipment templates, monitoring product availability, coordinating delivery and installation schedules, and supporting data collection, tracking, and reporting initiatives for the Restaurant Solutions team.</p>\n<p>Restaurant Solutions is responsible for the procurement and supply chain management of indirect products and services, including kitchen equipment, smallwares, custom fabrication, distribution and consolidation programs, construction materials, furnishings, lighting, signage, and store-level services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring these elements are coordinated effectively to support operational and development goals.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications you bring: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred, other equivalent experience in procurement or supply chain team support role considered• 1-3 years of experience in the Foodservice, Hospitality, or Construction industry is a plus• Ability to review architectural drawings and provide take-offs• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)• Smartsheet experience preferred• High attention to detail and quality of work• Team player, service-oriented, with excellent relationship development skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask with limited supervision to accomplish set deliverables• Able to adapt to rapidly changing situations and priorities• Dedicated, collaborative, and proactive</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Individual contributor role•This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Other Requirements• Limited amount of travel may be required, less than 10%</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Physical Demands• Ability to sit for extended periods of time</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong> NDCP is an equal opportunity employer.
