With an open mind, a willingness to test and learn based on data and a getting-things-done attitude, you’ll produce most of the ads we use on Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and similar channels, across all the markets we advertise in.</span></p><p style=\"line-height:1.68;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:8pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;\">You don’t need to be a data expert, as you’ll have colleagues and an agency partner that are responsible for managing the ads and analyzing the data.
