Participate in clinical projects to increase the quality of care.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Assist Residential Supervisors with creating team-building opportunities and develop staff to provide a cohesive direct care team atmosphere. Supervise a team of Residential Supervisors.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Cambria,serif\">Facilitate regular supervision to mentor and coach the Residential Supervisors who mentor, develop, train, and manage direct care staff.
