If you are creative, thrive under pressure, and love plants, you are probably a good fit for our team!</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Monitor multiple residential estates to ensure that instructions and design plans are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained.</p><p>- Confer with the Design Supervisor and Production Supervisor to coordinate work activities.</p><p>- Execute operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety.</p><p>- Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and contract requirements.</p><p>- Read, understand, and follow maintenance work schedule.</p><p>- Direct maintenance of vegetation through activities such as fertilizing, watering, mowing, and pruning.</p><p>- Direct activities of skilled and unskilled workers who perform duties such as residential maintenance, mowing lawns and pruning trees and shrubs.</p><p>- Train and coach both skilled and unskilled laborers regarding consistent maintenance techniques.</p><p>- Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines.</p>",
