You'll develop playbooks, frameworks, and tools while collaborating with operations teams to execute impactful strategies. This role is perfect for someone passionate about influencing business outcomes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.</p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul> \n <li><strong>Managing Projects:</strong> Oversee cross-functional projects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic and tactical guidelines.</li> \n <li><strong>Owning Frameworks:</strong> Develop and optimize playbooks, frameworks, models, and tools to define long-term strategies and adjust short-term levers.</li> \n <li><strong>Testing and Iterating:</strong> Test new initiatives, iterate on existing ones, and share best practices while collaborating with peers from different areas and seniority levels.</li> \n <li><strong>Analyzing Data:</strong> Analyze data to understand user behavior and generate actionable insights to optimize decisions.</li> \n <li><strong>Improving Processes:</strong> Enhance existing processes and create new ones to drive efficiency and effectiveness.</li> \n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul> \n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business, data science, or a related field.</li> \n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Relevant coursework or internships in business intelligence, finance, consulting, tech, or similar high-performance environments.</li> \n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> Proficiency in Excel and SQL; strong communication and stakeholder management; analytical problem-solving with strategic thinking; data-driven decision-making.</li> \n <li><strong>Work Style:</strong> Adaptable and proactive, thriving in ambiguous environments; hands-on approach to experimenting and executing projects.</li> \n <li><strong>Languages:</strong> Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.</li> \n</ul>\n<h2>EEO Statement</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>We create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
