Description

SHINE Technologies is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Construction Specialist will utilize solid construction and safety experience provide on-site observation of construction activities, ensuring health and safety compliance while serving as a role model for safety in a fast-paced environment. The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Demonstrates a deep, personal commitment to safety, preservation of the environment, and the health of our employees, guests and neighbors at all times. Serve as the construction site subject matter expert for confined space, electrical safety, fall protection and Be present for and observe a multitude of construction activities, ensuring safe and compliant work practices at the SHINE construction site. Identify/assess and address potential workplace safety issues. Provide on-the-spot corrections and mentoring. Prepare and conduct employee trainings including but not limited to confined space, lock-and-tag, fall protection, arc flash, general employee safety training. Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
