We help discover passion the driving force that makes one smile and innovate, create, and make a difference every day.</span></p>\n<p><span><b>What would you do?</b></span></p>\n<p><span><b>Role – Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM – Functional Consultant</b></span></p>\n<p><span><b>Location: Remote</b></span></p>\n<p><span>The role will require around 30% travel within United States.</span></p>\n<p><span><b>Key Skills:</b> Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant: Knowledge of NA Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence Management is a must.</span></p>\n<p><span><b><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant will provide subject matter expertise and lead clients through the entire cloud application implementation &amp; support lifecycle.</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of NA Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence Management modules.</span></li>\n <li><span>Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.</span></li>\n <li><span>Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.</span></li>\n <li><span>Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and build extensions for them.</span></li>\n <li><span>Document all the business processes in each module.</span></li>\n <li><span>Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.</span></li>\n <li><span>Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.</span></li>\n <li><span>Create business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud application.</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop Security and Validation Strategies &amp; Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.</span></li>\n <li><span>Present &amp; demo new features as part of Quarterly Update process.</span></li>\n <li><span>Design solutions for multiple customers as part of pre-sales activity.</span></li>\n <li><span>The role will require around 30% travel within United States.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b><u>Qualifications</u></b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications.</span></li>\n <li><span>Oracle Cloud HCM experience in Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence Management modules is a must.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Recruitment modules is a plus.</span></li>\n <li><span>Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration is a must.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in at least three or more Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation &amp; Support projects.</span></li>\n <li><span>Prior experience leading HCM implementations/support.</span></li>\n <li><span>Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification Preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Qualifications</b></span></p>\n<p><span><b>Equal Opportunities Employer:</b>&nbsp;</span><br><span>Hexaware Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
