    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.19.20/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.19.20/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><h2 id=\"isPasted\">Job Overview</h2><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>This is a union position.</p><p>Driver must have a valid California Class C Driver&rsquo;s license and must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and boosted when hired.</p><p>Prototypes, a program of HealthRIGHT 360&rsquo;s residential substance use disorder (SUD) program is a new program contracted with Department of Public Health&rsquo;s (DPH) Substance Abuse Prevention and Control (SAPC) program for residential drug Medi-Cal (DMC) services for up to 99 adult men and women: 33 that are for men who are judicially involved, 33 for men, and 33 for women. The BHC&rsquo;s residential DMC program will employ 100 people and works closely with the other BHC programs to provide a continuum of services for low income/Medi-Cal population. The program is located on the campus of Martin Luther King Jr. Hospital in the Willowbrook area of South Los Angeles and will serve all LA County residents.</p><p>Drivers are responsible for the transportation needs of clients. Following all applicable federal and state driving laws, Driver ensures that clients are safely transported to and from various locations related to their treatment needs. Drivers also ensure that all transportation documentation is appropriately maintained and up to date. Drivers must enjoy working as a member of a diverse team in a cooperative effort and be able to exercise creative and independent judgment to solve problems.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Transportation Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Safely transports client in company provided vehicle following all applicable federal and state driving laws.</li><li>Maintains appropriate staff/client boundaries at all times.</li><li>Treat program participants with respect and dignity, interacting with them in a caring, non-judgmental manner, utilizing harm reduction and trauma-informed care principles.</li><li>Comply with all COVID 19 health and safety protocols.</li></ul><p>Warehouse Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Participates in the delivery and pick up of various donated goods including furniture, food, clothing etc.</li><li>Loads and unloads trucks, organizes donated goods in the warehouse.</li></ul><p>Vehicle Maintenance Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Responsible for ensuring routine vehicle maintenance including inspections, interior and exterior cleaning and pumping gas.</li><li>Maintains all such documentation.</li><li>Responsible for adhering to vehicle cleaning protocols as part of the Covid-19 response.</li></ul><p>Administrative Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Maintains and prepares vehicle usage logs.</li><li>Maintains accurate vehicle documentation with guidelines established by HealthRIGHT 360 to satisfy internal and external evaluating requirements.</li></ul><p>And other duties as assigned.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2>Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h2><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Education and Experience Required:</p><ul><li>Valid California Class C Driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Ability to clear and maintain agency vehicle insurance coverage.</li><li>Professional driving experience.</li><li>Ability to drive large vehicles.</li><li>Ability to lift 60 pounds.</li></ul><p>Background Clearance Required:</p><ul><li>Must be able to pass background check and live scan clearance.</li><li>Must not be on active parole or probation.</li><li>Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and boosted when eligible.</li></ul><p>We will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. </p><p>Tag: IND100.</p></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
