font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The Biller will input all claim information following the CMS coding guidelines.  Provides accurate patient demographic and insurance information and inputs information into patient record.    </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Review patient care reports thoroughly, utilizing all available documentation in order to establish medical necessity, selection of levels of service, origin/destination modifiers and patient condition at the of transport.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Assign condition codes for the reason(s) for the trip with 95% accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Meets established minimum coding productivity standards as defined by Medstar.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Maintain patient confidentiality and information security</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Maintain working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Comply with all legal requirements regarding coding procedures and practices.</span></li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">High School diploma or GED </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Previous experience with Ambulance billing using Traumasoft or Zoll Operating procedures preferred</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Strong computer and data entry skills</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Excellent typing and 10-key skills with (40WPM)</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Strong attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Excellent communication skills (including verbal and written)</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
