    "description_html": "<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"><br>As a Senior Technician - Service with Bosch Building Technologies, you will collaboratively review, understand, analyze, and implement installation blueprints and plans from Project Managers and Sales Teams to complete installations.   <br>This role requires the ability and knows how to properly complete the installation, understand and follow the BOM, and be capable of making adjustments or finding alternative solutions as needed to complete installations to client satisfaction.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Installing and servicing electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV and intrusion alarms  </li><li>Pre-wiring, installing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance  </li><li>Prepares and executes Acceptance Testing Plans that meet contract, client and future service needs  </li><li>Assist in system design and layout  </li><li>Provide customer with training for proper system usage, and respond to technical inquiries  </li><li>Relationship building with clients and prospects for future opportunities   </li><li>Administrative duties including project updates to Project Managers, completing and filing all project documentation  </li><li>Mentoring, coaching, and training of other technicians</li><li>Site leadership of Technician crews</li><li>Support, lead, and mentor junior team members</li><li>You may be required to be “on-call” before or after your regularly scheduled hours, and/or on a day when you are not regularly scheduled to work</li><li>You may be required to work “night shifts” when needed based on project/service requirements</li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><ul><li><strong>Must have secret clearance</strong></li><li>5 plus years of experience in a technical role within the integrated security industry.</li><li>Progressive experience in a technical role within the integrated security or low-voltage industry(s).</li><li>Programming experience (essential for senior positions).</li><li>Previous experience leading installations at the site level.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in the use of relevant tools and equipment.</li><li>Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract.</li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>Vendor Certification in low voltage systems (e.g., LENEL, GENETEC, MILESTONE, AVIGILON, AMAG, Keyscan, Kantech, SENSTAR, HANWHA, BOSCH, DSC, and others).</li><li>Postsecondary training in electronics or equivalent (considered an asset).</li></ul><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $36.00 – 50.00 (DOE)<br><strong>Vacancy Status:</strong> This posting is for a current and existing vacancy</p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong><br>In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. <ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, climb, walk, sit, push, pull, squat, crawl, and stoop.
