Votre rôle
Relevant de la Directrice, opérations, vous superviserez et accompagnerez une équipe d’adjoint(e)s à la souscription répartie dans plusieurs provinces canadiennes. Vous contribuerez à l’optimisation des opérations, à l’atteinte des standards de service et à l’amélioration continue des processus.
Responsabilités principales
Mobiliser, coacher et soutenir l’équipe dans l’atteinte des objectifs
Superviser les opérations quotidiennes et gérer les priorités et volumes de travail
Assurer le respect des standards de service, des KPI et de la qualité opérationnelle
Participer à la gestion de la performance, au développement des employés et au processus d’évaluation
Collaborer à l’amélioration et à la standardisation des processus d’affaires
Participer au recrutement, à l’intégration et au développement des talents
Offrir du soutien à la souscription lors des périodes de pointe, au besoin
Le profil recherché
Bilinguisme français/anglais requis
3 à 5 ans d’expérience en assurance commerciale
2 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe
Expérience de gestion dans un contexte où les employés sont répartis dans plusieurs provinces
Leadership positif, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités
Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et capacité d’adaptation
Aisance avec les outils technologiques et les environnements en transformation

Your Role
Reporting to the Director, Operations, you will oversee and support a team of underwriting assistants located across multiple Canadian provinces. You will contribute to operational optimization, achievement of service standards, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Motivate, coach, and support the team in achieving objectives
Oversee daily operations and manage priorities and workload volumes
Ensure compliance with service standards, KPIs, and operational quality expectations
Participate in performance management, employee development, and evaluation processes
Collaborate on the improvement and standardization of business processes
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
Provide underwriting support during peak periods, as needed
Desired Profile
Bilingualism in French and English is required
3 to 5 years of experience in commercial insurance
2 to 3 years of team management experience
Experience managing employees located across multiple provinces
Positive leadership style, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
Comfortable working with technology and in evolving environments
