Industry leaders with a history of innovation, Cineverse is powering the future of Entertainment.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Title: Manager - QA Engineer</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>•    Develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.<br>•    Understand product requirements (preferably within OTT platforms) and ensure comprehensive test coverage.<br>•    Lead and mentor a small team of QA engineers.<br>•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business stakeholders.<br>•    Manage and participate in overseas/client calls, ensuring clear communication and requirement alignment.<br>•    Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br>•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br>•    4–6 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.<br>•    Prior experience in OTT/media domain is highly desirable.<br>•    Good verbal and written communication skills.<br>•    Ability to lead and manage a small team.<br>•    Able to handle client interactions and overseas calls.<br>•    Analytical and problem-solving skills.<br></p>",
