    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>At Penske, we create and deliver innovative transportation and logistics solutions that are vital to the success of the people and companies we serve. &nbsp;<br>\n  We have an exciting opportunity to accelerate your career by becoming an integral part of our continued growth and innovation as a Senior Manager, Software Engineering, providing you with a meaningful opportunity to develop and apply your technical expertise and help us drive the future of transportation and logistics.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What you will be doing in this role:</strong></p>\n<p><br>\n  As a Penske Senior Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead our HR Technology (HRIT) organization and drive the evolution of our Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem. &nbsp;This is a highly visible leadership role where you will shape the future of HR technology at enterprise scale, impacting how associates are hired, paid, developed, and supported across the organization.<br>\n  &nbsp;</p>\n<p>You will own the strategic direction for HR technology platforms, ensure reliable execution of initiatives, and develop leadership capability within your organization. &nbsp;You will balance near term operational priorities with long term modernization and scalability goals. &nbsp;Beyond keeping systems running, you will influence how technology enables business agility, automation, and growth, partnering closely with senior HR leaders, IT leadership, and external vendors. &nbsp;</p>\n<p><br><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"margin:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Provide strategic and people leadership for the HRIT systems team supporting all HR business functions.</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Own the HR technology roadmap, aligning Oracle HCM capabilities with business strategy and future needs.</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Partner with HR functional leaders, HRIS, IT teams, and vendors to deliver enterprise‑wide initiatives.</li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Lead monthly meetings with process owners to ensure proper delivery and prioritization of projects.</p></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Lead integration efforts between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems.</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Guide project prioritization, delivery, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Serve as the primary escalation point for HR technology issues, risks, and decisions.</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Influence technology direction, standards, and development tools across the HR systems landscape.</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Identify opportunities for system optimization, automation, and value generation.</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Use dashboards and metrics to track progress, outcomes, and delivery health.</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Coach, mentor, and develop managers and engineers within your organization.</li>\n</ul>",
