We reach more than 65,000 individuals and families each year at our 90 locations, including 10,000 youth.  CAMBA serves a diverse cross section of New Yorkers from new mothers in Brownsville to job seekers in the Rockaways. More than half of our clients are immigrants and refugees from around the globe. Over 85% of our families are in living in poverty, reflecting the challenges faced by nearly 1.7 million New Yorkers today.</p><p><strong>CAMBA’s Housing Services </strong>CAMBA’s supportive/affordable housing portfolio consists of over 9,000 units served including 4,500 contracted units and 4,500 community units, touching approximately 20,000 lives annually.   There are currently 44 congregate sites across five boroughs with 4 in the pipeline. The scattered site units account for 800 of the contracted units with property management functions provided by CAMBA (rent collection, utility payment and maintenance/repairs). CAMBA Housing Services provides case management and supportive services promoting housing stability and self-sufficiency.
