          "text": "<p>Imaging Management, Radiology Manager needed for healthcare organization located in beautiful North Texas location.</p><p>Candidates MUST have: Only seeking candidates that possess the following:<br />Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology<br />Texas Department of Health Medical Radiologic Technologist licensure<br />American Registry of Radiologic Technologist licensure (ARRT)<br />2 years of Supervisory work experience<br />5 years of Radiology Tech work experience and Steady work history.</p><p>Manager of Imaging/Radiology will report to Dir. of Imaging and Women&apos;s Services.</p><p>Management of Daily Department Activities<br />Uses behavior events interviewing method for interviews and selections of new employees.<br />•Establishes systematic work-flow and communication among all areas of radiology, and ensures adequate coverage of all shifts including vacation schedules, absenteeism and turnover.<br />•Supervises all aspect of the department&apos;s operation in the absence of the Director.<br />•Works in conjunction with modality team leaders to update radiology policy and procedure manuals, emergency and Disaster plans.<br />•Evaluates and updates all department job descriptions, conducts and reviews performance appraisal processes.</p><p>The appropriate candidate is matched with position.<br />•Staff is evaluated to maintain hospital and department standards of care.<br />Operation effectiveness is achieved.<br />•Seamless customer service is provided.<br />•Staff is aware of plans and able to implement procedures.<br />•Job description is matched with current job requirements or standard of practice, and staff development plan is completed.</p><p>If you are seeking an excellent and proud organization to work for, and have the qualifications listed, pls. email a resume for consideration in strict confidence.
