Description

InfuCare Rx is seeking an experience National Sales Director, IG Therapy to join our team. Successful candidate must be willing to travel . InfuCare Rx  is a leading home infusion provider accredited by URAC and ACHC offering a specialized approach to caring for patients in need of IV therapy and specialty pharmacy services in the homecare setting. We have created an ethical, team oriented, and quality work environment for our employees that cultivates achievement and success. Job Summary: To assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of business operation strategies in accordance with the business plans for the company. Duties and Responsibilities: Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives. Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data. Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals. Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals. Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients. Manages, coaches and mentors’ sales staff for the assigned region. Develops sales strategies to achieve company’s specific objectives and revenue goals for their territory. Interfaces with interdisciplinary team of clinicians and administrative support staff. Targets physician prescribers, and key decision makers and educates on company’s patient specific services that are of value to referral sources and patients. Identifies and develops relationships with all sales targets that directly refer patients/ prescriptions for specialty infusion medications. Identifies specialty medications as well as related disease states and conditions in the treatment of patients. Familiarity with the geographical service area and territory assigned. Participates in community relations activities (i.e., health fairs, exhibits, educational programs, in-services) as needed. Strategically and geographically plan field visits and customer educational opportunities to minimize travel expense and maximize productivity. Evaluates sales objectives periodically and adjusts marketing plan to achieve goals in planned timeframe. Collaborates with prescribers, health systems and other partners to facilitate prescriptions and referrals. Identifies educational opportunities and provides presentations to referral sources. Identifies and develops patient care related solutions in partnership with internal team and customers. Performs other duties as required. Requirements: Minimum five years' experience in leading a sales team. Previous experience in senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization. Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients. Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts. Why join InfuCare Rx?
