The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, able to work night shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience in Concierge Security experience.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Minimum of 1 year experience as a Concierge</strong></li>\n <li>Driver's Licence is an asset.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 25 years old.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication</li>\n <li>Must have a valid<strong> Ontario Security License</strong>.</li>\n <li>Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.</li>\n <li><strong>Valid First Aid and CPR is a must.</strong></li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience</li>\n <li>Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.</li>\n <li>Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Support property management with any additional tasks as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and dental benefits</li>\n <li>Paid training and development programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong></p>\n<p>As part of our standard hiring process, all candidates being considered for employment with Allied Universal are required to undergo a background check.
