Greases, oils, and performs minor repairs on equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to make sound judgments and decisions, change tasks often, responsible for various duties and completing precise work.</span></li>\n<li><span>Able and willing to climb down from the machine and help on the ground doing prep work and site work including pipe laying and utility work.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must have a basic understanding of reading blueprints.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must have a basic understanding of lasers and elevations.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must have the ability and knowledge to safely operate various kinds of heavy equipment.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Work with construction crews operating heavy machinery such as large and small dozers, large and small excavators, backhoes, graders, front-end loaders, and forklifts. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Utilizes lasers and basic elevation tools to achieve precise grading and trenching results.
