Eagle Foods products are marketed and distributed across all U.S. retail channels, including grocery stores, club stores and mass-merchandisers, as well as foodservice and export, U.S. military, and private label business.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Review appropriate production schedules for the line to ensure correct equipment (fryer, popper, extruder, rotor, etc.) setups have been made and appropriate raw material are present for efficient productivity</li>\n <li>Responsible to maintain all British Retail Consortium (BRC) initiatives including Food Safety, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Food Defense, Allergens, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) within the plant</li>\n <li>Review appropriate production schedules for the line to ensure correct equipment setups have been made and appropriate raw material are present for efficient productivity</li>\n <li>Monitor all product in process and or finished to be packed to ensure best quality standards are being met with the control/retains out in the operation.</li>\n <li>Make sure all materials are properly counted, weighed and labeled with correct label information</li>\n <li>Oversee efficient and safe operation of all equipment in the line</li>\n <li>Ensure that all partial pallets, bags, containers, etc. are available and accessible as well as having proper documentation such as part number, weights, expiration dates etc</li>\n <li>Report to supervisor equipment malfunctions, so that they can ultimately be reported to maintenance</li>\n <li>Ensure that all raw materials are correct and meet all the customer and Eagle Foods specifications</li>\n <li>Ensure adequate housekeeping throughout the day</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite in addition to knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures</li>\n <li>Experience with Food Safety Audit expectations and requirements preferred</li>\n</ul>",
