The Marketing Specialist supports the planning, development, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels, including email, social media, and web. The role conducts market, customer, and competitor research, analyzes trends and campaign performance and prepares reports and recommendations to inform marketing strategy and sales priorities.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role tracks sales data and works with product management and marketing to achieve business goals. They oversee the marketing portfolio and brand guidelines across all platforms. line-height: 1.5;\">Support the Marketing Manager in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, creating and maintaining content strategies and calendars, specifically for email marketing and social media, and organizing and planning promotional presentations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1.5;\">Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1.5;\">Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities within graphic design and across channels, including social media and email, aligning with the company&rsquo;s goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
