We are based in Takapuna with our core businesses being TV Shop &amp; Thin Lizzy. We have an in-house marketing department that is responsible for everything creative, from initial concept through to final packaging, display designs and print and online advertising for our high-profile branded products.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Content Creator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a beauty enthusiast with a flair for storytelling and a strong understanding of social media trends. You will be responsible for producing engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">Your focus will be on creating or editing graphics for Digital platforms, print, packaging, logo, large format, point-of-sale FSDUs, CDUs and branding. You will be required to coordinate final production artwork with suppliers and in-house teams. You may also be liaising on photo shoots for product shots, product models etc for re-shoots.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">Content Creation:</span></span><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\"> Develop, design, and produce high-quality visual and written content, including photos, videos, graphics, and copy, tailored for different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">Social Media Management:</span></span><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\"> Collaborate with the social media team to plan, schedule, and post content that aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">Campaign Development: </span></span><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">Work with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that promote new product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal promotions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">Trend Analysis:</span></span><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\"> Stay updated on beauty industry trends, social media developments, and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">Performance Tracking:</span></span><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\"> Monitor the performance of digital content using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">To be successful in securing this role you will have:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ideally a minimum 3-year commercial experience in graphic design &amp; content creation, or a related role, preferably within the beauty industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or other content creation tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Good technical knowledge and understanding in the ecommerce space to do with the </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">design and execution of layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, site banners &amp; GIF making using UI &amp; UX knowledge.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Knowledge of </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Shopify / Email Campaigns &amp; basic coding. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Confidence in using Microsoft Office suite</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">To demonstrate knowledge in producing effective advertising designs that sell</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Experience coordinating with suppliers and inhouse teams to produce final artwork and managing quotes and production </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">To be flexible and a multi-tasker with the ability to quickly shift priorities when needed</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 13px;\">You will have a portfolio displaying strong work. It's essential this identifies your strengths in a diverse range of graphic design and ecommerce projects and profiles some of your exceptional design and artwork.
