This position will work closely with all other personnel on site to ensure safety, quality, delivery and productivity of each crew.&nbsp;</p><p>Essential Functions&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\">The Patcher will be responsible for repairing&nbsp;damaged concrete areas, for determining appropriate patching methods, and for ensuring that repairs meet structural and aesthetic standards.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\">This position will perform surface preparation tasks, forming, mixing, placement, finishing, and curing of patch materials.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\">The Patcher will be responsible for using the proper materials for repairs such as cementitious, epoxy, polymer-modified, grout, etc. with manufacturer specifications.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\">Throughout the patching process, this position will monitor quality control of patching work, ensuring smoothness, durability, and proper bonding with existing structures.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\">This role will coordinate with the Patching Foreman to schedule and complete patching work efficiently.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\">Ensure compliance with safety standards during all chipping, grinding, cutting, and patching operations.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\">This role will assist with training and mentoring processes for all new hires as well as existing employees as directed by the Patching Foreman.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\">This position will troubleshoot field issues such as inadequate bonding, cracking, or finish problems, and implement corrective measures.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW39283600 BCX8\">Execute other duties as assigned.</span></span></li></ul><p>Requirements:&nbsp;</p><p>Required: High School diploma or the equivalent.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Patching experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.</li><li>Physically able to bend, lift, stoop, and climb.</li><li>Lift and carry up to 50lbsfrequently.</li><li>Climb, reach, utilize hand tools and other equipment as needed.</li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.</li><li>Must be willing and able to travel, work overtime, and work weekends as needed.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
