This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, cares deeply about client outcomes, and is ready to step into meaningful, life-changing legal advocacy.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>You'll work alongside nationally recognized experts who have argued precedent-shaping cases and are regarded as leaders in humanitarian immigration law. Our attorneys have argued precedent-setting cases before the highest courts, and you'll have the opportunity to learn directly from these mentors while building your own expertise in complex immigration matters. Ongoing mentorship, advanced litigation strategy sessions, and leadership development opportunities are part of our culture.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage a high-volume caseload of family-based and humanitarian matters (level of independence based on experience)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare, review, and file complex immigration applications and supporting evidence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct detailed client interviews and develop strategic legal approaches</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Research complex immigration issues and contribute to innovative legal solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and local immigration courts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with and potentially mentor junior attorneys and legal staff (based on experience level)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in firmwide case strategy meetings and continuing legal education</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain organized, accurate case notes using Filevine</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure exceptional client service with a trauma-informed, compassionate approach</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">J.D. from an accredited law school</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated expertise or strong commitment to humanitarian and family-based immigration cases</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Technological proficiency, including comfort with remote collaboration tools</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Spanish fluency (highly preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with VAWA, U visas, T visas, SIJS, I-601A waivers, and removal defense.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Filevine or similar case management software experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Court representation experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of immigration law experience for senior-level consideration.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>$90,000–$130,000 annually</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health, Vision, Dental.</li>\n<li>PTO.</li>\n<li>Comprehensive health insurance package.</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match.</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays.</li>\n</ul>",
