          "text": "<p>The <strong>Analytical Characterization Scientist</strong> plays a key role in supporting the development of biotherapeutic products through advanced analytical testing and molecular characterization. This is a hands-on, laboratory-based position focused on applying analytical chemistry techniques to evaluate biologics across the development lifecycle.</p><p>This role is responsible for generating high-quality analytical data to assess molecular integrity, purity, and stability using a range of chromatographic, electrophoretic, and biophysical methods. The scientist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support formulation development and candidate progression from early-stage research through commercialization.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform analytical characterization of biotherapeutic molecules using a variety of techniques, including:<ul><li><strong>HPLC-based methods</strong> (SE-HPLC, IEX, HIC, RP-HPLC)</li><li><strong>Capillary electrophoresis</strong> (CGE, iCE)</li><li>Spectroscopic and biophysical characterization techniques</li><li>Particulate analysis (light obscuration, microflow imaging)</li></ul></li><li>Generate, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to assess product quality attributes such as purity, heterogeneity, and stability</li><li>Support formulation and process development by providing analytical insights on candidate molecules</li><li>Compile and present analytical data for internal stakeholders; contribute to technical reports and documentation</li><li>Utilize laboratory data systems such as <strong>Empower</strong> and electronic laboratory notebooks (ELNs) for data management and integrity</li><li>Maintain laboratory operations, including equipment upkeep, reagent management, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including formulation scientists, process development, and project management</li></ul>",
