We are currently looking for an ‘Admin Manager’ responsible to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. As an Admin Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing administrative operations within an organization. You will be in charge of coordinating administrative tasks, supervising administrative staff, managing facilities and resources, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. VIDIZMO DEMS helps public safety organizations to store, manage, process and digital evidence, while EnterpriseTube empowers customers to deliver Live as well as On-Demand Video Streaming to their audience, store and share multimedia content as well as perform Video and Audio Analysis using artificial intelligence. Job Description: Organize office operations and procedures. Manage office building administration task for maintenance & renovation. Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time. Manage the Carpool service or any other transport related issues of the employees and office Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease. Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, IT Hardware and travel arrangements) Liaise with vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services. Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences. Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Front office manager or Administrative assistant and fleet management Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Available in flexible timings whenever required for office maintenance activities. Required Qualification: Possess at least 5 years’ in managing the company's administration Must be graduated. IT literate, with advanced Excel skills. Experience dealing with employees and vendors, internal and external respectively Proven skills in administration and data management. Strong organization and communication skills. Fluent English - Written and Spoken.
