The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks associated with the bagging process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in all operations. Forklift experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.</p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Bagging Operations: Operate bagging machinery to package and stack 50lb bags of products on pallets according to specifications.</li><li>Quality Control: Inspect products and packaging to ensure they meet quality standards.</li><li>Material Handling: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to and from storage areas using manual or mechanical means.</li><li>Forklift Operation: (If experienced) Operate a forklift (after certification) to move products and materials within the facility. Training will be provided for those without experience, and all candidates will be certified through the company first.</li><li>Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by recording quantities of materials and products.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.</li></ul><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">What we seek:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.</li><li>Forklift Experience: Preferred but not required.
