The essential duties of the job include the Responsibilities, Experience, Proficiencies, and Physical Demands described below.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the job.</p><ul><li>Repair and service machinery for complete customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain, safely operate, and care for company-owned tools and equipment per company requirements.</li><li>Maintain up to date knowledge of all safety training, product training, and service department goals.</li><li>Complete assigned work with minimum re-work.</li><li>Order parts and materials through Ascendum Parts to complete work assignments.</li><li>Ensure all company safety requirements are followed at all times.</li><li>Complete all required paperwork and maintain records/photos/other materials as required, for example, time clocking or collection records, SOC reports.</li><li>Maintain shop and yard cleanliness.</li><li>Promptly report any unsafe conditions, including those related to tools, the facility, or employee actions.</li><li>Adhere to instruction/direction of supervisor.</li><li>Seek formal and informal performance assessments, including performance versus expectations.</li><li>Actively participate in required training, development programs, and electives as suits one’s needs.</li><li>Respond positively to other duties that may be assigned in the scope of the job.</li></ul>",
